  • We have been in business for over 16 yrs. and serving the Belleville area since 1994. We are available 24/7 for emergency retrival of records if needed. Regular pick up of records for patients are by appointment only(due to preparation requirements) pick up hours can be very flexable for patient files. After hours pick up are OK.

  • We will scan a file you require that is stored in our secure warehouse to CD/DVD and deliver to your office or we can scan and email files to your email address when you need it.
  • We will pick up and deliver your files to our warehouse
  • We can accomdate specialty storage of items more fragile with extreme environmental needs, such as films and micro fishe
  • All our storage warehousing is temperature and humidity controlled
  • We have shredders on a rental bases with a predetermined pick up for shredded materials or we can predetermine when you want us to pick up your documents for shredding on a regular basis.
